摘要
用自旋捕集技术和ESR方法,以MNP为捕集剂,确定了嘧啶核苷(胸苷、尿苷、胞苷)的水溶液在γ射线辐照下所产生的自旋捕集自由基的类别,讨论了自由基形成的机制。
The aquoeus solutions of pyrimidine nucleosides radinted by γ-ray have been studied by spin trapping (MNP as trapping reegent) and ESR technique. The radicals of spin trapping yielded in uracil nucleoside, cytosine nucleoside and thrymine nucleoside solutions are certified, and the formation mechanizm of these radicals is disscused.
