摘要
Faraday旋转的倍频测量法具有较高精度,但已有的测量装置结构较复杂。在光路分析的基础上,木文提出将调制器与测量部分合一的设计方案,并完成了实验装置。分析和实验结果表明,该方法在保持原有装置高测量精度的同时,实现了结构的简捷性,具有实用价值.
For Faraday rotation measuring, the double-frequency method is a high accuracy approach, but the methods of this kind presented in the past are more complicated in their installation structure. Based on analysis of the light circuit, a design scheme is proposed in this paper which merges the modulationpart and the measurement part into one, and then the installation has been finished. Analysis and test results show that the structure of this device is simple and direct without losing any accuracy, it is a valuable method for practical usage.
