摘要
提出一种新型四金属镜面反射式位相推迟器。四金属镜面反射系统反射率高,能量损失小,可承受功率大,出人射光束同轴,且孔径大小不受限制,特别适合于高功率二氧化碳激光器系统。
A new type of four-metal-mirror reflection retarder was introduced.Four-metal-mirror reflection retarder has high reflectance and low loss of energy. It can support high power and has larger aperture. Furthermore, the reflected light and the incident light is coaxial. Therefore, the four-metal-mirror reflection retarder is fit especially for the CO2 laser radar system.
