摘要
通过气固两相流实验研究了浓缩比与百叶窗结构,给粉浓度及一次风速的定量关系。结果表明,浓缩栅个数和间距对浓缩比影响不大,给粉浓度对浓缩比的影响也不明显,但随着浓缩栅倾角的减小和一次风速的增加,浓缩比有明显的增加。
The effects of the louver structure parameters, the feed concentration and the primary air velocity on the concentrated ratio (RC) were studied by the gas solid two-phase flow experiments.The results showed that the blade number, slot distance and feed concentration had little influence on Re, and Re increased when blade angle decreased and primary air velocity increased.
