介绍了一个新的钟表步进电机性能测试系统，讨论了系统的构成和实现方法，说明了关键技术问题的解决方法。
An new test system for watch step motor is introduced,the instrument of the system and realizing method are discussed and foe solving scheme for the important technological problem is explained.
