摘要
用数值计算方法研究了在Bridgman系统中生长HgCdTe晶体时拉晶速度对热场分布的影响。计算结果表明,大的拉晶速度会造成固液界面向下位移,并使之凹陷现象加剧,不利于获得径向均匀性好的单晶材料。
The influence of Crystal Growth speed in a HgCdTe-Bridgman system on the temperature field distribution is studied with numerical method. 'The results of calculation show that the large growth rate of the crystal may results in the sliding down of the solid-liquid interface, and exalerbate the conlave phenomenon as a result, it is difficult to obtain an uniform Crystal in its radial direcfion.
