摘要
介绍了一种CAPP示教系统软件的结构和实现过程,该系统由学生子系统、教师子系统和专家性能子系统三部分组成。提出了一种机械制造工艺知识的表达方法,并采用推理机、数据库和知识库来提高系统的智能。当学生采用此系统进行工艺规程设计时,系统可适时对学生的工作进行审定,并提出审定结果和提供学生所犯错误类别的信息。此外,系统还提供接口,供用户扩充系统的功能。
The architecture and implementation process of a CAPP demonstration and instruction system are introduced. The system consists of student subsystem, teacher subsystem and expert subsystem. A knowledge representation method of machine making technology is given. Infers engine, data base and knowledge base were used tO improve the intelligence of the system. When students are making a process planning, the system can cheCk students work and provide error messages if there are errors. In addation, the system also offers a interface to allow its users to expand its functions.
