摘要
采用插齿刀加工的鼓形齿端面齿轮,减少了啮合干涉,改善了啮合性能。通过对波发生器电磁特性的分析和比较,设计了新型双气隙U型电磁铁波发生器,从而使电磁端面谐波传动装置的各项性能指标得到了明显改善。
The meshing performance of face harmonic drive can be improved by using faceharmonic gears with drum-shaped teeth machined by slotting cutter . Other performancesof face harmonic drive can also' be improVed by using a new type of electromagnetic wave-generator which consists of a group of U-type electromagnets
