摘要
双半内圈三点接触球轴承的内部几何关系,特别是受径向载荷、轴向载荷和倾覆力矩联合作用时的变形几何关系非常复杂,给分析轴承内部的负荷分布带来困难.本文采用空间矢量坐标变换来分析其变形几何关系,以空间球中心的圆柱坐标和套圈的相对位移作为基本未知量来建立平衡方程,通过求解平衡方程即可求得轴承内部负荷分布.
The deformed geometrical relationship in three-point contact ball bearings withtwo-piers inner ring is analysed through space coordinate transformation. The forceequilibrium equations of balls and a ring are set up.The load distribution in the bearingscan be obtained through solving the equations.
