摘要
本文根据黑龙江省一些地区的实际情况，分析了现行热价以及热力成本偏高的影响因素，并对热价以及供暖收费办法提出了一些有益的建议．
Based on the count practice in some regions of Heilongjiang Province,theinfluencing factors on the high price of current heat and high heat cost have been analyzed Furthermore,some good proposals for heat price and a charging method ofheating have given in this paper.
