摘要 本文从系统最优化原理出发,提出了"压缩难度系数"、"同步压缩难度系数"和"最大规定压缩时间"等新概念,以及"最小压缩难度"、"工作可压缩"、"线路同步压缩"和"最优同步压缩"等系统择优压缩准则;将工期优化传统模式转化为系统择优压缩新模式;从而简化了工期优化程序,提高了优化速度和精度. On the basis of the system optimal principles, several new concepts,e.g.thecoefficient of compression difficulty,the coefficient of synchronous compression difficultyand the maximum compression the have been presented in this paper.The compressioncriteria of the system optimization use minimum compression difficulty, workcompressibility,line synchronous compression and optimal synchronous compression are also established.Therefore,the traditional mode of construction time optimization istransferred into a new mode of optimal compression systems. As a result,the procedure ofconstruction time optimization is simplified and the optimal speed and precision are improved.
