摘要
临床上,常遇到一些药物治疗难以奏效的角膜感染,反复发作,经久不愈。有的发生穿孔,眼内感染,最终丧失视功能。即使治愈,也留下致密性疤痕。我院利用角膜移植的方法,特别是板层移植,治疗各种类型的角膜感染25例,取得了一定疗效,现报告于下。
Twenty-five cases of corneal infections of various types treatedby lamellar keratoplasties were reported.Observations made 1-39months after operation revealed the rate of transparency of the gra-ft to be 66.67%,the rate of increased vision 76.19% and the rate ofescaping blindness 38.1%.These effects indicated that lamellar kera-toplasty could incise the diseased tissues rather completely and dec-rease the number of pathogenic micro-organisms so that the resultanttoxic and antigen-antibody reactions could be mitigated and healing ofthe corneal infections achieved.
