为了解决传统热处理炉炉温不均、热效率低等不足，从保温侧墙的设计入手，改变热气流的流向，更新结构，使新型炉对工件的加热时间、炉温、热效率、每吨工件耗煤等多项指标都有了明显提高。

Production shows that the new furnace shortens the heating time andincreases heat efficiency by 7．5％，the inside temperture is moreeven than before， averagecoal consumption of per ton work piare is reduced by 44％ compared with traditional funace.So it is certain that the new designted furnace can bring great social and economic benificial re－sults if it is popularized.
