摘要
通过控制盐酸浓度、水解温度和时间、结晶时的ｐＨ值和时间等工艺条件，提出一种提取高纯度胱氨酸的新工艺。
Purifled cystine can be obtained from the solution of hydrolysis of hair or pighair,by way of crystallization，decolorization and water-washing based on its indissolubility inwater at the isoelectric point.
