摘要
研究了荒皮粗加工车削时硬质合金刀具材料破损的规律，并在此试验研究的基础上优选了最佳刀片牌号，为重型粗车状态下刀片的选用提供了理论依据及优选方法。
In this papcr，the regular crash pattem of hard- alloy autters，when they areused to perform rough machining，is studied，In accordance with the Weibull Distribution Pat-tem and on this basis, the bestbrand of cutters are chosen.Thus，a theoretical basis and anoptimum seeking method are provided for choosing the cutters in heavy rough machining.
