摘要
以硬质合金刀具铣削奥氏体不锈钢的铣削试验为基础,应用计算机工作站上I—DEAS软件的FEM模块,进行温度场的有限元分析,得到了刀具前刀面附近温度场的分布规律,并从温度场的分析出发,探讨了硬质合金刀具粘结破损的机理。
Abstract On the basis of the milling experiement on of carbide alloy tools in cutting thestrainess steel,through temperature field’s FEM of the I- DEAS soft in workstation,wecan make the temperature field analysis,and discuss the sticking fracture mechanism of thecarbide tlloy tools.
