摘要
剖析磨削螺旋沟滚刀齿面的数学机理,并建立了齿面造型过程的仿真数学模型。数值仿真结果表明,该模型适用于各类螺旋沟滚刀的齿面造型。
In this paper,we research the principle to mill the tooth surface of helicalgroove hobs, and creatc the imitative,mathematical modcl of surface milling.Results of numeri-cal evaluation demonstrate that the model is applied to all kinds of helical groove hobs.
