摘要
用肠上皮制片方法研究了镜泊湖产东方铃蟾的染色体组型,其二倍体染色体数为2n=24,包括6对大型染色体、1对中型染色体和5对小型染色体。全部染色体中,第4、6、8、10染色体为亚中部着丝点染色体,其余为中部着丝点染色体,这一结果与前人的结果不同。
This article reports the Karyotype prepared by enteric epithelial cells of Bombina orientalis captured from Jingpo lake, Heilongjiang. the diploid number is 24 (2n = 24), including six large, one medium, and five small pairs of chromosome. All of the chromosome are metacentric except that those of the fourth, sixth, eighth, and tenth pairs are submetacentric (the results is different from Jiang Shuting's, 1984). No heseromorphic chromosome is found.
