摘要
本文分别在升温与降温过程中测量了10cm^(-1),30cm^(-1),50cm^(-1),80cm^(-1)处的等频喇曼光谱,并与理论计算的结果进行了系统的比较,基本上得到了定量的拟合。这一方法解决了普通喇曼光谱在分析高温下样品时所存在的中心峰干扰的难题,对结构相变的光谱研究开拓了一个新的领域。
We have measured isofrequency Raman spectra of LiTaO3 single crystal at 10cm-1,
30cm-1, 50cm-1, 80cm-1 over the temperature range between 20-700℃ . The result
have been compared to calculated result, and simulated quantitatively. Difficulties of general Raman speetra in the high temperature range which there is a strong central peak have heen overcome, and provided a new effective method for structural phase transition study.
