摘要
本文考查了不同添加剂对二氧化锡气敏特性的影响,研究了工作温度与元件电阻之间的关系,并对二氧化锡气敏半导体的检测机理作了一些探讨。
In this paper, we compared the effect of different additive on the properties of SnO2 gas sensors, the work relations between temperatures and element resistance are observed and studied. The measuring mechanism on the SnO2 gas sensors are discussed.
