摘要
本文引入灰色系统的关联分析方法，利用黑龙江省环境投资统计数据，分三个层次进行区域环境投资──效益系统分析，取得了令人满意的结果。
In this paper, the relational analytic method of grey system is inserted. Thestatistical number of environmental investment cost for Heilongjiang is used. That is partitioned three layers to analyze the domain environmental investment cost-efficiency system. In this paper, the Satisfactory conclusion is obtained.
