摘要
本文利用人工合成的Talplilb综合体,进行了核不育硬粒小麦的选育工作,得到“柯-3”号株系,其F1、B1F2、B2F3代的育性分离比(不育株/可育林)始终接近1:1,与太谷核不育小麦的育性分离比相似,推测“柯-3”号株系为具40条染色体的易位系。对回交后代育性分离情况进行分析,发现总体上后代不育林比例下降,但株系调查表明,有的株系(如柯-3)自B1F2代起不育株/可育株的化例始终接近1:1,推测在F1代即发生了染色体易位或同祖染色体的交换,这是利用Talphlb综合体的作用所致。
In this paper,male sterile durum wheat were selected by Tal phlb comlplex, and obtained a strain line of Ke-3. It's fertile segregation ratio as same as male sterile Taiguline (sterile lines to fertile lines) approaches one to one in F1, B1F2 and B2F3, respechveley. We though that Ke-3 w 4D translocation line. Backeross offspring fertile segregation were analysed that the ratio of offspring sterile line was decreased. Some line such as Ke-3 ration (sterile lines to fertile lines) approaches one to one as a whole. It is support the F1 generation have 4Dchromosome tianslocation or exchange of homologous chromosomes These is due to phlb complex.
