摘要
本文通过在青年长拳课教学中运用反馈控制原理进行教学,提出在教学前,初学者掌握动作粗略阶段,精细阶段及纠正错误过程中如何运用正、负反馈进行教学,并创编了青年长拳四次课的诱导练习,以提高教学效果。
By using the Feedback control Theory in teaching Chinese Youth Boxing, theauthor points out that before learning, the beginners grasp the actions in rough stage,then in meticulous stage and the author tells how to put the Pasitive Feedback andNegtive Feedback Theory into correcting mistakes. Moreover the author has made upa set of Four- course introductory Exercises of Chinese Youth B oxing in order to improve teaching and method.
