安置114例埋藏式心脏起搏器的体会

Experience of Placed Technique of Implanted Cardiac Pacemaker:A Report of 114 Cases

１９７８年～１９８９年安置埋藏式心脏起搏器１１４例。经颈外静脉者１０８例，经头静脉５例经大隐静脉１例。术后创口血肿１例，创口感染４例，皮肤坏死３例，导线心内残留３例，感染性心内膜炎死亡１例。本文就上述合并症的预防及处理谈了我们的临床实践体会。

From 1978 to 1989 implanted cardiac pacemaker were placed in 114 cases.It was wedged in the right ventricular endocardium through external jugular venous electrodes in 108 cases; It was through cephalic venous in 5 cases:It was through great saphenous venous in 1 case.After the operation there was wound hematoma in 1 case;wound infection in 4 cases;cutaneous necrosis in 3 cases;residual wires in the heart in 3 cases; infectious endocarditis in 1 case. In the paper the clinic experience of prevention and.management of above-men-tioned complications was introduced.
