牙髓病与牙周病互相关系的临床分析

Research on the Arrhythmias Induced by Flecainide:A New Antiarrhythmic Drug

本文报道观察和治疗牙髓病与牙周病互相关系的患者共２２９例，两者互相影响和关系密切。根据临床上不同表现，采取不同的有效措施，收到较满意疗效。

We researched the reason of arrhythmias evoked by flecainide 100 μmol·L-1 on the isolated guinea pig working heart.It was found that flecainide(1-10 μmol·L-1)could inhibite the onset of arrhythmias produced by ischemia and reperfusion.However,flecainide(100μmol·L-1)could induced and aggravated the arrhythmias in the model.wben flecainide of 100μmol·L-1 and verapamil of 1μmol·L-1 were given together to the ischemic isolated guinea pig working heart,the arrhythmias were decreasded significantly. It suggested that the arrhythmias aggrevated by flecainide of 100 μmol·L-1 in the ischemic heart of guinea pig may be related with the Ik and Na+ Current,which were inhibited significantly by the agent.However,Ca2+ current may be increased obviously because flecainide dose not suppress markedly the Ca2+ current.
