高龄老人股骨颈骨折的手术治疗（附50例报告）

Surgical Treatment of Femoral Neck Fracture in Elders

我们共收治７０岁以上股骨颈骨折５０例。经１年至１０年随访，获得满意疗效。本文对其手术指征、术式选择、术中注意事项等进行了讨论。

From 1982 to 1992,50 cases of femoral neck facture were treated in over 70 years old,these patients followed up from one year to ten years,and results were all satisfactory,Indications,selections and attentions in operations were discussed in this paper.
