摘要
作者对１２８例颅内单发转移瘤进行了总结。对颅内单发转移瘤病理类型、肿瘤在颅内的分布、治疗方法与生存率、临床表现等进行临床分析，并对颅内单发转移瘤的治疗方法选择、手术适应证、诊断及鉴别诊断进行了讨论。
Authors studied 128 cases of single metastatic encephaloma which were treated with surgical removal,radiotherapy and chemotherapy,Pathology types of tumors,tumor distribution regions in the brain and factors of affected survival rate were analysised.The selection of therapy methods and differential diagnosis were discussed in this article.
