摘要
Vogt-koyanagi-Harada Syndrome(简称VKHS)也称特发性葡萄膜炎,是一种伴有神经和皮肤症状的双侧性非外伤性葡萄膜炎,其病因尚未明确。
In this paper the clinical and laboratory data from 43 patients wi-th Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada Syndrom(VKHS)were analysed.The clini-cal findings,etiology,diagnosis and treatment of VKHS were discuss-ed.It is suggested that infection and immunity may be important indevelopment of KVHS and that the treatment of steroids combidedwith Chinese herbal medications was better than that of steroids alone.
