摘要
应用修订韦氏成人智力量表对15例颞叶癫痫患者进行智能测验,发现12例(80%)总智商商低下,其中6例(40%)总智商低于69,语言及操作智商平均分数分别为72.5和76.9,统计学处理差异不显著,提示左大脑半球的认识功能和右大脑半球的结构运用功能均有弥漫性损伤,本组患者智能障碍的特点为语言因素障碍重于组织和注意力因素,作者认为颞叶癫痫患者除脑结构本身病变外,癫痫发病年龄,病程,发作的类型,频率及用药情况均是影响智能障碍的潜在因素.
The test of Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale-Revised (WAIS-R) was administered in 15 patients with temporal lobe epilepsy. The results showed that 12 patients (80% )had mean full scale IQ scoresbelow normal,6 of 12 patients (40%) had mean full scale IQ scores below 69. The mean Verbal IQscores and Performance IQ scores were 72.5 and 76.9 without difference of statistics ,which suggesteddiffuse impairment of cognitive function in left hemisphere and structural use function in right hemisphere. The character of intelligence disturbance in our group was more severely influenced by verbsl factorthan by organizational and attentional factors. We considered that the age of Onset of seizures, course,pattern, frequency of epilepsy and the time of taking antiepileptic drugs may be potential factors for theimpairment of the intelligence except the lesion of brsin tissue in patients with temporal lobe epilepsy.
