摘要
本文观察倍他乐克治疗26例中青年原发性高血压(EH)患者的降压效果及其对内皮素(ET)的影响.结果表明,降压效果非常显著(P<0.01),血浆ET水平明显降低(P<0.01).提示该药为较好的抗高血压一线药物.
The changs of blood pressure and plasm endothelin level (ET) of 26 young and middle-aged patients with essential hypertension were observed after Betaloc was taken. The results showed that the level of blood pressure and plasm ET in these patients were de-creased significantly (P<0. 01). It suggests that the Betaloc is the first choice for clinical therapy of hypertension.
