高压氧对肺毛细血管Na^+-K^+-ATPase影响的图象分析

摘要 采用Na^+-K^+-ATPase电镜细胞化学方法,观察在高压氧(0.25MPa)和高压氧中毒情况下(0.52MPa)小鼠肺毛细血管Na^+-K^+-ATPase活性的分布、活性强度与超微结构改变之间的联系,并用计算机图象定量分析方法对酶活性进行了14个参数的定量分析,这些定量参数表明,高压氧(0.25MPa)条件下,肺毛细血管Na^+-K^+-ATPase活性升高,在高压氧中毒(0.52MPa)条件下,肺毛细血管Na^+K^+-ATPase活性减弱. The relationship between the localization and changes of Na + -K + -ATPase and the changes of ultrastructure in capillaries of mouse lung under the case of hyperbaric oxygen (0. 25 MPa) and hyperbaric oxygen toxication (0. 52 MPa)wad studied by means of the ultra-cytochemistrical methods of Na+-K + -ATPase. A quantitative analysis on 14 param-eters of the enzymatic activities was made by an image analyser. The results showed that the activities of Na+-K+-ATPase incresed apparently in hyperbaric oxygen(0. 25 MPa) and de-creased apparently in hyperbaric oxygen toxication (0. 52 MPa).
