摘要
本实验参照Wakayama的方法制作重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)动物模型,并以分子生物学技术.采用图象分析仪,进行胰组织细胞内酶活性定位、定量分析,通过检测发现SAP时胰细胞内细胞色素氧化酶(CCOase)和三磷酸腺苷酶(ATPase)均降低;实验提示:在外科治疗的前提下,用低分子右旋糖酐扩容.改善胰腺血流量,可使SAP时胰细胞酶的活性明显增加.
We studied the changes of two kinds of enzymatic activities of dog pancreas by quantitative and qualitative analysis in the experimental severe acute pancreatitis (SAP), using the methods of cytochemical localization and image analysis with reference to Wakaya-ma. In the experimental SAP, enzymatic activities of cytochromeoxidase (CCOase) and adenosine triphosphatase (ATPase) decreased. The experiment results suggest that under the surgical presupposition,partial replacement of blood by dextran of low molecule prepara-tions increase perfusion by improving blood flow,and the activities of CCOase and ATPase be apparently increased. The results showed that the changes of enzymatic activities were one of these mechanisms of the experimental SAP induced in dog.
