摘要
为了观察不同正加速度(+Gz)负荷(即头脚向惯性力与重力相比的倍数)对血浆及丘脑内皮素(ET)含量的影响,我们对36只Wistar大鼠分别进行了+6Gz和+10Gz的急性暴露实验,并以+1Gz暴露为对照.结果发现,+6Gz和+10Gz暴露后,血浆ET含量明显增加(P<0.05或0.01),丘脑的ET含量明显下降(P<O.01或0.001).血浆和丘脑中的ET有不同的生理功能,血浆ET含量增加,可引起冠状动脉和周围血管的强烈收缩,回心血量减少,心泵功能降低.丘脑中的ET含量减少.可使细胞内游离钙降低,中枢神经系统的兴奋性下降.
In order to observe the effect of the positive acceleration stress on the con-tents of both plasma and thalamus endothelin (ET),the acute exposure of+6Gz and +10Gz was carried out in 36 Wistar rats,and the exposure of + IGz used as control group. The re-sults showed that the plasma ET content after exposure with +6Gz and +10Gz was signifi-cantly increased(P<0. 05 or 0. 01),the thalamus ET content was significantly decreased (P <0. 01 or 0. 001). The plasma ET and thalamus ET have different physiological functions. The increase of plasma ET content may cause strong contraction of coronary arteries and pe-ripheral blood vessels,reduction of the blood backflow amount and weakening of the pumping action of the heart. The decrease of the thalamus ET content may cause reduction of intracel-lular ionized calcium and lowering of the excitement of the central nervous system.
