缺氧对大鼠心肌脂质过氧化与心肌酶学的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为了观察急性重度低压缺氧对心肌脂质过氧化及心肌酶学的影响,对39只成熟健康Wistar大鼠进行了急性低压缺氧实验.结果发现,心肌组织中脂质过氧化反应并无明显增强,仅心肌潜在抗氧化能力降低,但心肌酶活力显著增高,说明急性低压缺氧对心肌有一定损伤作用.鉴于心肌脂质过氧化反应无明显增强,提示心肌损伤与脂质过氧化无明显相关.心肌酶活力增高的原因,可能是急性缺氧对心肌细胞直接作用的结果. In order to observe the effect of acute severe hypobaric hypoxia upon myocardial lipid peroxidation and myocardial enzymes, acute hypobaric hypoxic experiments were carried out in 39 Wistar rats. The reslts showed that the lipid peroxidation reaction of the myocardium after acute hypobaric hypoxia was not significantly accelerated, only the poten-tial antioxidative abiiity of the myocardium was decreased,but the activities of myocardial enzymes were significantly increased. These facts told us that acute hypobaric hypoxia could,to some extent, damage the myocardium. It was suggested that the myocardial damage had no close relationship with lipid peroxidation, because there was no significant increase of myocardial lipid peroxidation. The cause of the elevation of the myocardial enzyme activities might be due to the direct effect of acute hypoxia upon myocardial cells.
