摘要
为了探索急性出血坏死性胰腺炎(AHNP)发病的机理,本研究在狗的AHNP模型上测定了血液淀粉酶活性,血液、胰腺及肺组织中血小板激活因子(PAF)的含量,同时观察了PAF特异性受体拮抗剂BN52021的影响.结果提示:PAF在AHNP的发病过程中起重要的作用.
For studying the pathogenesis of acute hemorrhagic necrotic pancreatitis (AHNP). theAHNP model was established by injecting sodium taurocholate and trypsin into the main pancreatic ductof beagle dogs.Before and after AHNP induction. plasma amylase activity, platelet activating factor(PAF)in blood, pancreas and lung were determined. Meanwhile,the effect of PAF receptor antagonistBN52021 upon the model with AHNP was also investigated. The result showed that plasma PAF levelsstarted to increase in 30 minutes after AHNP induction ,at 6 hours .they were higher than nomal by 14.3 times. BN52021 significantly inhibited, the increase of not only the PAF levels, hut also the plasmaamylase activity. Simultaneously, PAF levels in the pancreas of AHNP were decreased by BN52021.These data showed that PAF plays an important rote in the early phase of AEINP.
