内皮衍生松弛因子基础水平在自发性高血压大鼠、原发性高血压发病学上的意义

The significance of the basal levels of EDRF in the pathogenesis of SHR and EH

本研究分别从实验动物和临床上观察了自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)及原发性高血压(EH)患者基础内皮衍生松弛因子(EDRF/NO)水平与高血压的关系.发现 SHR基础 EDRF/NO的效应产物cGMP活性明显减低,且伴其主动脉环对血管收缩物质反应增加,对舒张物质反应性减低,EH患者血浆cGMP活性与平均动脉压水平呈显著负相关.SHR、EH患者cGMP/ET比值均明显低于对照组,且与血压水平呈负相关.结果提示:SHR及EH患者,EDRF/NO基础合成释放减少,EDRF/ET比值缩小,可能与高血压的产生有重要的关系.

In this article ,we observed the relationship between the basal levels of EDRF and thepathogenesis of SHR and EH. We discovered that the basal levels of tissue cGMP and the ratio of cGMPto ET were significantly reduced, the reaction of the contraction of the aortic rings to NE and ET wasaccelerated, the relaxing responses of the aortic rings to Ach in SHR were decreased. In hypertensivepatients ,we discovered a negative correlation between the basal levels of cGMP and mean arterial pres-sure ,the significant reduction of the basal levels of plasma cGMP Concentration and the ratio of cGMPto ET, the marked augment of plasma ET levels. Above results: indicate: the basal synthesis and releaseof EDRF is reduced in SHR and in hypertensive patients ,which may play an important part in the pathogenesis of hypertension.
