球后注射康宁克通－Ａ，作为大剂量应用皮质类固醇治疗葡萄膜炎的后期用药，解决全身用药的停药难问题并维持眼部的药效，经治疗１４例２３眼，随访６月至５年取得满意的结果，并对本法利弊进行了讨论。

intraocular injection of the Triamcinolone Acetonide was applied to Uveitis as alate therapy,after the treatment with a large amounts of corticosteroid.It was used in insteadof the svstemic corticosteroid treatment and to maintain the medicinal effect on the eve。14cases of 23 eyes treated with this method were followed up to at least 6 months,the longestone was more than 5 years。 Satisfactory results had been obtained;The merits and demerits inthis method were discussed in this paper。
