颈硬膜外腔注药治疗颈椎病177例

总结1990年12月～1993年11月采用颈硬膜外腔注药治疗颈椎病177例，有效率为98％，以交感型颈椎病的治疗效果最为显著。作者认为这是一种简单快速和疗效显著的颈椎病治疗方法。

This article summarized 177 cases of Cervical Spondylosis treated by epidural injection wicth prednisone and lidocaine from Dec. 1990 to Nov. 1993. The effective rate came to 9894. This therapy sliowed its remarkable effect, especially in sympathetic nerve type of this disease. The authors deem that this treetment is a simple and effective rapidly one for Ceryical Spandylosis.
