摘要
利用显微外科技术吻合血管的空肠代替食管，是重建上消化道连续性的新方法，本组3例均获成功，随访8－18个月，功能满意。认为空肠代食管术的关键在于肠系膜血管的游离和吻合问题，移植肠段缺血时间的控制以及术后利用氦－氖激光照射有助于控制颈部创口炎症等。
It is a new method to transfer jejunal segment for esophageal reconstruction with microsurgical technique.We had successfully done such an operation on 3 cases.The follow up time was 3-18 months.physiological function of the new esophogus was satisfactory.The points of precaution of the operation and post-operative managements were discussed.
