摘要
Some problems of anestheticmanagement for cardiac valvar replacement were Summaried Among our group mitral Valvar replacement was 70 cases, aortic Valvar replacement 5 cases, both aortic and mitral Valvar replacement 17 cases. High dose of fentanyl anesthesia and ethrane maintenance were given. Dose of fentanyl was 52±9ug/kg. High dose of fentanyl anesthesia could firm the hemodynamics in patients with cardiac valvar diseases. Ethrane could prevent blood pressure from elevating and tachycard ia stimulating by the operation. Suppling potassium or magnesium to correct hypokelmia and hypomagnesemia should be attention to mild and hyperventilation were used and attention was paid to the airway obstruction.
