The article makes a study of the prospect of Chinese marine economy and puts forward some promotive means, including: enhancing the guidance to the public, making relevant laws and rules, strengthening the administration, making national planning,integrating the land and marine development, applying market orientation, paying attention to biological balance and environmental protection, improving infrastructure and safe facilities, giving beneficial policy and receiving capital from various channels, and insisting open policy and improving international cooperation.
