稳定黄河现行流路 根治黄河水患的理论思考

为了探索一条治理河口,根除黄河水患的成功之路,应紧紧抓住黄河水少沙多的主要矛盾,沿着减沙和强化输沙动力的方向努力,正确确定入海道路和方向,借鉴国内外大河治理的经验,全面实施稳定黄河现行入海流路工程,逐步实现对全河的工程控制,从而实现黄河大治。本文试就上述问题做较为系统的理论思考。

In order to approach a good way to harness the river mouth and bring the river inundation under permanent control, we must grasp the main problem that the Yellow River has less water but more silt, try every means to reduce silt and strengthen the dynamic power of carrying silt?correctly determine the direction and the course of the river flow into the sea, borrow the advanced experience of harnessing great rivers from both abroad and home, carry out an overall project for controlling and stabilizing the current course of the river and gradually control all the projects along the river, then we can bring the Yellow River under permanent control. This thesis has put forward a theoretical thinking to the problems related above.
