Studies on the Method for Keeping Arca inflata Alive by Low Temperature

魁蚶(Arca Inftata Reeue),俗名赤贝、血贝等,主要分布于我国黄海北部水深3～50米的软泥或泥沙海底,它以个体大,肉质鲜嫩,经济价值高而著称。近几年,海产活体动物的交易十分活跃,但所采用的保活运输方法各异。1988年,日本水产品空运量就达10万吨,同年新西兰采用冷却法空运贻贝到美国,2～4℃存活12天;活牡蛎1～10℃可存活7天;

The paper deals with the determination of critical temperature and freezing points by using low temperature to keep Arca inflata alive in transportation, an approach to the changes of weight composition and chemical composition of Arca inflata from the viewpoint of nutrients and the determination of technology and methods of keeping Arca inflata alive under the low temperature conditions.
