摘要
分析研究了引进不锈钢焊管机组中的关键设备──三阴极氩弧焊枪的工作原理及其结构特点,较好地解决了氩弧焊枪国产化问题,同时对氩弧焊枪部分结构进行改进,例如采用耐高温不锈钢制成的喷嘴,将原冷却循环水路的直径由0.4mm加宽至1.0mm,避免了因水路杂质堵塞造成冷却不良致使喷枪报废的现象,改进后的喷枪比原喷枪使用寿命提高了4倍。
The operation principle and structure chracteristics of a key equipment-argon-arc welding gun with 3 cathodes in stainless steel welded pipe mill imported from abroad are analysed. Portial structures of argon arc welding gun have been improved. For example,the diameter of circulatig water path is changed into 1.0mm from 0. 4mm in spray nozzle made of heat-resisting stainless steel. As a result I service life of welding gun increases by 4 times because of unblocking of circulating water.
