摘要 参照国内外同类型机组特点及有关参数,设计出了国产219直缝焊管机组,简要叙述了219机组设计特点和有关参数:机组基本参数,工艺流程,成型区长度确定,成型机传动系统设计要点,水平辊、立辊辊径的确定、导向辊、挤压辊、成型辊孔型选择,内毛刺刀、活套、开卷矫平机、剪焊机、飞锯机的结构特点。最后指出了设计存在问题,由于笼式活套、W孔型选用系粗略概算,铣头机步进式台架仅理论推算合理,这些有待在实践中验证。 longitudinally welding pipe mill has been designed on the basis of analysis to properties and parameters of same kind of the mill abroad and at home. The principal contents of the paper are as follows: basic parameters of the mill I technological process I the determination of shaping zone length I design of transmission system of shaper; the diameter determination of vertical and horizontal rolls 1 the pass selection of directive roll,exrtuctive roll and shaping roll I the structure chracteristics of inner-wall burr toll,looper, coilopener and straghtener, shearing-welder and fly-saw. Finally,some design shortages are also pointed out.
