摘要
本研究提出了一种铸钢焊管轧辊新材料──ZGCr14MoVW。采用高温固溶等温转变热处理工艺方法,解决了高碳高铬铸钢破断碳化物网络和机械加工困难的问题,为采用铸造方法生产高碳高铬钢探索出了一条新的途径。用该材质轧辊代替目前普遍使用的锻造轧辊,寿命是GCr15的5倍,使用1吨铸辊,仅按一次使用寿命计,可节约资金10万元左右,还可以多次修复使用,而且可以大大提高劳动生产率。
A new roller material (ZGCr14MoVW)is studied. Using Solution heat treatment, the problems about network carbonide and cutting of high C-Cr cast steel have been solved. The result shows that service life of the cast steel roller is live times as long as one of GCr15 forging roller. If cast steel ZGCr14MoVW is used instead of the forging steel GCrls, the production cost should be reduced and the production efficiency be advanced.
