目前，我国焊管产品品种单一，绝大多数厂家只生产一般低压流体输送管，为使我国焊管生产向多品种、高质量、高附加值方向发展，必须调整焊管产品结构、开发高档次焊管产品。文章介绍了日本钢管厂利用钢管二次加工生产方矩形管、异形管的三种基本方法，以及产品特性和使用情况，对国内焊管厂进行焊管深加工有一定参考意义．

At present, a great majority of welded pipe and tube works can only produce transmition pipe of low pressure fluid in our country. It is necessary to adjust product mix of welded pipe and develop high-grade welded pipe to promote development of high quality, varied welded pipe. In this paper, three basic methods to produce special pipe by second proceeing of pipe in Japan and the properties and applications of product are introduced. This is reference to welded pipe works at home for second processing of welded pipe.
