装饰用薄壁不锈钢管轧辊孔型设计

随着人民生活水平的不断提高，家庭住宅和公共场所的装饰日趋豪华，在各种装饰材料中，不锈钢以其特有的耐腐蚀、抗氧化、强度高、表面质量好等优点，广泛地应用于宾馆、饭店、商场和家庭，且倍受消费者喜欢。由于装饰用薄壁不锈钢管成型焊接困难，目前我国仅有沿海开放城市且主要集中在广东的深圳、珠海、佛山等地生产，大多数生产厂家采用氩弧焊接，焊接速度为５～６ｍ／ｍｉｎ，生产效率低，不能满足市场需求，因此开发装饰用薄壁不锈钢管，是企业提高产品档次，增加经济效益的有效途径。文章介绍了不锈钢带在成型过程中变形量的合理分配，以及关键这次的孔型特点和设计方法。

At present, only few works can produce thin wall stainless steel pipe used for ornament because welding of the pipe is difficult. The bulk of works use argon-arc welding which has low welding speed(5-6m/min)and low production efficiency. So it is necessary to develop thin wall stainless steel pipe. In this paper, the reasonable distribution of deformation value in the forming process of steel belt、the pass feature and design method are introduced.
