摘要
本文合成了四种苯并噻唑取代腙和四种偶氮双杂环化合物.2-氨基苯并噻唑经重氮化与活泼亚甲基化合物偶联生成苯并噻唑取代腙(la—d),(1)与水合肼在乙醇中回流反应,生成2-苯并噻唑偶氮-3.5-二取代吡唑(2a—d),并初步研究了这类偶氮双杂环化合物与金属钯的显色反应.
Four benzothiazolylhydrazohes and four azo bisheterocyclic compounds were synthesized. 2-Aminobenzothiazole was diazotized and coupled with reactive methylene compounds to form benzothiazolylhydrazones (1a-d),then (1) we.re reactedwith hydrazine hydrate in refluxing ethanol to form 2-benzothiazolylazo-3, 5-disubstituted pyrazoles (2a-d),and their analytical application were preliminarily studied.
