摘要
本文研究了11种辅助配位剂对铜离子与7种卟啉显色反应的影响.发现只有草酸、柠檬酸、邻菲咯琳和a,a′-联吡啶等对meso-四(2-氨基本基)卟啉、meso-四(4-二甲氨基苯基)叶琳和meso-四(4-氨基苯基)卟啉与铜离子的显色反应有增敏作用,摩尔吸光系数达10~6-10~7L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1).研究结果表明,增敏作用不仅与辅助配位剂的结构及其与铜配合物的表观稳定常数有关,而且还与卟啉中苯基上的取代基及其位置的不同有关Cu(Ⅱ)在NH_2OH·HCl存在下被还原成Cu(Ⅰ)。
After studing the influence of eleven auxiliary complex-formers on the color reactions of 7 por-phyrins with copper, we found that the four auxiliary complexing agents, oxalic, citeic, o-Phen and α,α-bipyridine, possessed a sensitization on the chromogenic reactions of T(2-NH2P)P,T(4-DMAP)P and T(4-NH2P)P with copper. The molor absorptivities were 1. 0 ×106-107. The results shown that the increase in sensitivity was concerened with structure of these auxiliary complex - formers and the porphyrin agents. In addition, a multicomponent complex was formed when copper reacted with por-phyrin and auxiliary complexing agent.
